Cherokee county has exceeded the average for home sales in Georgia. If we look to the nation as a standard we will find that Cherokee county is one of the best places to live in the nation. New construction is still moving forward with well over one hundred new communities under development. With the addition of the new water reservoir in Canton and the plans for an updated airport, one can only predict a great future for residential and commercial development.
