Beautiful Country Home on the Wando River. Very private with beautiful and mature landscaping. Large Deck overlooking in-ground pool. Also has large screened in porch off Deck. Private Dock (19ft.X12ft.) and a floater (15ft.X8ft.) with Boat Lift. Dock has running water and electricity. Spacious interior with lots of natural light. Great house for entertaining or just for relaxation. Enjoy watching the sunrise while sipping coffee from the master bedroom-sunroom. Open kitchen with a island and wetbar, great for family and social gatherings. This is Lowcountry living at its finest, hence the name Paradise Island.;)
