A study by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) found that the Appraisal Subcommittee, which oversees the appraiser regulatory programs established by the states, needs to improve its monitoring procedures.

The new deadline provides an additional three months for borrowers to request a review if they believe they suffered financial injury as a result of errors in foreclosure actions on their homes in 2009 or 2010 by one of the servicers covered by enforcement actions issued in April 2011.

Scripps Health has purchased a new medical office building in Oceanside, California. the 33,500 square foot building at 4318 Mission Ave will house 10 Scripps doctors and 40 employees from the existing Mission Aveue medical center, which Scripps Health has leased.
