blogging: Who Has Gotten The Most Comments On A Blogging Post?

My curious nature has made me ask this question along with a couple of others, who in the A/R family has received the most comments on a blog that has been posted? Who is the most featured A/R member when it comes to getting their post selected as a feature post? Yes, my inquisitive nature -- went on a search and I was unable to locate this info. Has anyone had over 350+ comments made on a blog? Which A/R members has the most featured post? How does one find this info out? … (4 comments)
blogging: Should Agents Have Protected Farms?

This subject of protected farms has come up for discussion in my office not once but several times. Farming is an agent way of marketing themselves, I have seen some agents have up to 5000 homes that they farm. This is where the subject matter gets sticky, when an agent actively farms they invest a lot of time and money in the hopes that when a person in this farm is thinking of selling or buying they will contact this agent.
