What's your opinion on when the market will start to show signs of life again?  I've heard from different realtors anywhere between the 2nd qtr. of 2008 until sometime in 2009?  What do you think?

As I sit back and read about the housing market both locally and nationally, the question that comes to mind is....How is your business doing?  I've spoken to some realtors who had some of their best years in markets that were "less than desireable" (like this one)  This question is for anyone associated with the real estate business, realtors, inspectors, title co., etc...Are you feeling the pinch, doing ok or skyrocketing?
