As an Austin home inspector, here is a concern that I personally experienced with a client! It is a corroded toilet tank float arm. I noted the concern to the client, but it was even worse than we could estimate! It went out within a month of moving in, and of course it was upstairs. This arm allows constant water flow into the tank and will overwhelm the overflow and flood out onto the floor! SO! Make sure you give that little corroded arm its due warning to your customers, you'll be glad you did. It is one of those comments … (3 comments)
