Can a Real Estate Agent Sign the Inspection Agreement on Behalf of the Client? - 10/17/11 12:42 PM
This recent article was written by InterNACHI the worlds largest home inspector association. It give some answers to a question that all Inspectors have at one time or another. I personally like my contract signed by the person paying me. I always ask for a contract to be signed prior to the start of the inspection because a contract signed after may not be honored if legal issue arise. Cold Springs a mix of houses. - 10/15/11 12:47 AM
For a small area of 19 square miles like Cold Springs there is a wide variety of house types. There are big homes and small homes, large lots and small lots. You can find newer stucco homes and down the road you find the more typical wood sided homes familiar to this area. Cold Springs also has a fair amount of manufactured homes. That is a broad scope in just 3200 homes. What do they all have in common? I can inspect them all. When you buy a home in Cold Springs or any other place it is always a good idea to have a Home

NVAR, SRPD and Home Inspections. How are they connected? - 10/12/11 11:36 AM
At this weeks meeting at the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors the NVAR Legal Council Teresa McKee discussed the new laws regarding the SRPD. As a home inspector it is always nice to get a copy of the sellers real property disclosure prior to me doing the home inspection. Knowing the disclosed issues before the home inspection allows me to talk to the buyer about their concerns and hopefully provide the information they need to make the best decision. If you have a completed SRPD in hand do you still need a home inspection? In a document handed out by NVAR

Some times the farther from the metro area you are the less options you have. If your looking for a Home Inspection in the Fallon area it's not to far for me.
