Snow DayI was just listening to the news. So far this January, we have recorded 41″ of snow in Rhode Island!  There may still be more to come, but apparently we had more in 1992!

The snow, however, hasn’t stopped me from doing inspections. Yes, there are things I can’t do – walking on roofs, seeing all of the foundation, seeing the grade of the landscaping, etc. But, I do walk around the house no matter how deep the snow!

What I don’t understand is the client who shows up in loafers and still wants to walk around the house!! I appreciate their fortitude, but just don’t get their planning! I have a shovel with me and a lot of times I will shovel a walkway to gain access and make it easier for all parties. Did they expect the yard to be shoveled?
