Green education, Me first then I'll share

Greetings to all, and thanks for coming by.

When it comes to 'Green' I must confess that I am a little conflicted. You see the 'Other' in my Real Estate - other description, Is buying and selling rural land. Like this Property in the San Luis Valley, Colorado.

I do see the need to plan and sometimes Restrict growth as our Country's population grows. But feel both 'Green' and 'Growth' can live side by side.

I do admit helping others fulfill their dreams of owning land is definitely one of the most rewarding directions I have taken in my life.

While I do not profess great knowledge when it comes to environmental issues, it can not be ignored that collectively We have made a mess. Selfish interests by National Governments needs to be countered by Individuals willing to make a difference, whether 'Great' or 'small'.

So starting out with baby steps. I am making the effort to educate myself, and to provide my clients with a place where they can find 'Green' options for their new land. While at times I wanted to give up and pay someone else to do the 'job' Homequest USA has its first website.

On its 'Alternate energy' page & 'Build your own Home' page, I will contine to gather fresh information and educate myself at the same time.

Probably the Greatest challenges will be to make our over crowded Cities Environmentally friendly. Check out this story by Mark Joyner, about this Building in Melbourne, Australia

I appreciate the insight I have gained already in my short time as part of the Active Rain community, and as a member of the ECO-ALL STARS~ The GREEN Scene Group.

It's 6:40am and I better go to bed.

Have a nice day!

Hi Everyone this is my first post

Greetings from sunny Florida:

First I would to say hi and Thanks to my sister Midori who gave me the invite.

Wow my world just got a whole lot bigger. I hope that in the coming weeks and months I am able to contribute a little something to the active rain community. I am sure that this will become a very Positive experience for me.

I work together with my girlfriend Debbie on our Real Estate endeavor, she is also a Nurse. I have just recently took an interest in website design, and SEO but must confess that I am a little technologically challenged.

Promise you won't laugh, but I recently found out that if you press and hold play you can fast forward your CD. Funny because I was telling someone "wouldn't it be great if you could...". I had to go out to my car and try it out immediately.

Your welcome to share that one with your friends. It should be good for a laugh. It will be even funnier if they say "You can"?

I'll be back,

Albert
