Today we went to closing on another Pikesville Condo. This two bedroom, two baths 4th-floor unit never hit the market. We were able to get in before it hit the MLS. How? I announced on my live radio show my buyer's need for a condo in this building. And a caller after the show let me know there was one going on the market and gave me the owner's name and number. That was on a Sunday afternoon. By 10:00 PM on that same Sunday, we had a signed contract. And today, 35 days later, we went to closing. Happy buyers and happy

An agent requested an online appointment for one of my listings. I called to tell him (even though it was in the remarks) that this was a cash only property. The reason...it won’t appraise. Located at 25 Hooks Lane just off the Beltway Exit 20... this new Deli is lively, noisy, delicious and has a wonderful array of salads, smoked fish, corned beef, huge sandwiches, bakery items, a pickle bar and lots of friendly staff.
