This beautiful family allowed me to take them to my favorite restaurant, also their favorite restaurant, to celebrate the sale of their home and the purchase of the new home.
We met, this past February, at one of my impromptu open houses. Out of the 13 groups that came through, this was the couple that loved the house and everything about this property. We stayed in touch even though I knew they had a home to sell.
When I find someone, serious. who wants to purchase one of my homes...I will figure out a way to make it work.
The settlement was smooth but the move had some challenges. See that truck...it was not planned!
The moving company sent a truck that was too small for the seller's belongings. Another truck had to be rented at the last minute to get the house packed before settlement this afternoon. What a good sport... my favorite seller is still smiling.
And this beautiful home at 718 Pacific Street in Stone Hill has lucky new buyers. Congratulations to the buyers and the sellers!
Last Sunday, Father's Day, we had a one hour open house on 718 Pacific Street Stone Hill Baltimore, Md. 21211 I figured no one would show up. Boy, was I wrong. We had 11 groups that actually signed in.
And on Tuesday, The Baltimore Fishbowl published this wonderful article
And a few days later we had a ratified contract.
Did we get the contract because of the article? Did we get the contract because I sent the article to the agents who showed the property? Did we get the contract because of the open house?
