Thursday's lunch (free!) sponsored by the WCR drew a good crowd to the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® offices. Saturday was a wonderful day! We met the pilots at the airport, had breakfast at the diner - what we call "hanger flying" – you go somewhere and just talk about flying. Today's conversation started with, "Did you hear about the guy who had a stroke, yes while flying, lost his vision and still landed safely? (The story from England is here.)
Then went to visit some special friends, Marge and Henry; we stopped by with a cake to celebrate Marge's birthday.
Oh, yes, and then I ratified a contract and listed a new one that's up on ActiveRain with a dozen comments.

Remember a post about making my numbers? I talked about reaching my goal of getting 55 new Active Rain members, and the delightful real estate agent from Annapolis, MD who helped me do it – Pat Hommel. And meeting Pat came through being on Umar Hameed's radio show when we talked about being a Type E personality.

I thought about what I should say for my 100,000-point celebration post. Should I be all humble and grateful? Or jumping up and down giddy? Should it just be another day with Active Rain?
The answer is, as usual, a Type E answer. Keep it simple and get it done! Just noticed that Active Rain has now reached over 15000 Real Estate Agents. This is remarkable that this has happened in less than a year!
In July 2006 there were 1000 Real Estate Agents
In September 2006 there were 3000 Real Estate Agents.
In December 2006 there were 7000 Real Estate Agents
In January 2007 there were 8000 Real Estate Agents.
And today April 14, 2007 there are over 15,000 Real Estate Agents!
Way to go!

Today was a first for me - a full hour hosting "All About Real Estate" on WCBM Radio in Baltimore, with no guest. Just me and the microphone. I can talk to anyone, but I found out it is easier to have a conversation when you have someone to listen to!
