advertising real estate in baltimore: Watch For New Listings

Deadline for advertising my Baltimore homes comes faster than sellers can get their properties ready for the market. Two calls this week from my latest listings to let me know my sellers were just not quite ready to have their home photographed and not quite ready for the Multiple Listing. They both asked for one more week.
Not going to rush them...just watch for new listings.
