allen hainge: Today the CyberStars Surprised Allen Hainge! - 10/07/10 12:03 AM
Today the CyberStars Surprised Allen Hainge! Eight of us met at Virginia Kitchen in Herndon, Virginia to wish our friend Allen Hainge, founder of The CyberStars, a Happy and Healthy Birthday! Our waitress took this photo of Brad, Nancy, Andy, Margaret, Seth, James, Chris and Allen who we affectionately call BUBBA. The rest of the CyberStars around the country were able to watch live via the computer that Brad Korn set up. Look at the photo of me taking a picture of the computer screen. How cool

allen hainge: "Making Hay When the Sun DON'T Shine" - 02/10/09 08:18 PM
Down market? For two CyberStars ®, Dianne Dunn and Leigh Brown, there are ways to thrive and survive, and they are going to share their success strategies. Usually CyberStar events are for members only, but on February 24 Dianne and Leigh will be panelists with moderator Allen Hainge on a webinar that's open to everyone. Even better…it's free! The CyberStars® are a unique group that was created by Allen Hainge. There are only 200 top real estate professionals from the U.S, Canada, Australia, and the Bahamas in this group that focuses on using technology to build success. I've been a member

allen hainge: How Fortunate To Be a CyberStarsTM - 09/16/08 10:15 AM
How fortunate I am to be a CyberStarTM , an International real estate technology networking group. I learn so much about real estate technology and marketing from my fellow CyberStars(tm), Founder and president Allen F. Hainge, is a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) two-day technology course and conducts tech seminars nationwide. His approach, using technology, doesn't dwell on the "techie" aspect. It shows agents how to use technology to build a business....and get a life! Allen is the "Go To Guy" for our entire industry!His blog, "CyberStarTM Real Estate Technology Tools & Tips," is another way to find out what really works when

allen hainge: You Can Get There From Here…Baltimore's Bay Café - 08/30/08 07:37 PM
Allen Hainge and Ellie Palmer were driving over to Baltimore from Reston, VA to meet us for lunch. Great. And I knew exactly how to get to the Bay Café, but it's difficult to explain to someone who doesn't know that area of Baltimore where streets don't all go in a nice, neat, criss-cross grid. This is near the harbor, and some streets have been there for literally hundreds of years. They turn at odd angles, and some are one way. But thanks to a neat feature of the Treo, I could get directions by sending a text message to

allen hainge: CyberStars Shine in Orlando - 07/22/08 08:58 PM
Overload! That's what it has felt like the last three days. So much information, so much new knowledge, so much sharing and communicating, and so much FUN! A couple of times a year the Allen Hainge CyberStars® get together for a conference, and this time Orlando was the destination. In between fabulous meals and running from one air-conditioned space to another (it's hot and humid out there!), I learned so much that my brain is overflowing. Teri Isner did a wonderful job of putting this event together in her home town of Celebration, FL – and then shared enough

allen hainge: It Doesn't Get Any Better! Networking NAR Style in DC - 05/20/08 02:53 PM
One of the best parts of any national event, like the NAR Midyear Meeting in Washington, DC, last week, is getting together with people we don't see often enough during the year. Thursday afternoon my friend and first teacher, Anne Hruby, and I went to the trade show where we manned – or womaned – the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) booth for a while. Along the way, we saw some friendly and familiar faces: The author and Rainmaker Dan Gooder Richard with his wife and partner, Synnove; and Allen Hainge, mastermind of the CyberStars® and fellow CyberStar Andy Norton;

allen hainge: When "Thank You" is Not Enough - 10/28/07 11:46 AM
Some people give so much, and when you are on the receiving end of their help, somehow "Thank You" is not big enough. But it's what we have, and so to make it bigger, I want to share with people who appreciate the importance of giving. Allen Hainge has given me a great deal in my career, starting with his confidence in my ability when he invited me to be a CyberStar™. Back then I was still a novice about technology but he took me into his group of highly tech-savvy professionals. When we get together as a group, as we did
