A Tiny Bit of Precipitation A Tiny Bit of Precipitation My day was fully booked with not enough hours to accomplish everything. But then Baltimore has A Tiny Bit of Precipitation...just a little bit of drizzle. The temperature below 32 degrees. And we all know what happens at that point. Schools close, traffic accidents and delays all over town. Meeting The Appraiser In Baltimore Two of my listings will be going to settlement this month even though Houses Do Not Sell In December. Arriving a few minutes early for our 1:00 appointment, the appraiser was already at the property taking outside measurments and photos. She was a real professional and acknowledged this was a special home for the price and there were not many SOLDS in the neighborhood. When I gave her my packet of information, she was quite pleased to take the comparable sales, along with the plat and Multiple Listing information. I

Who Am I Meeting Tomorrow? The Appraiser of course! But why would you meet the appraiser? Don't you have a lockbox on that vacant property? When on a listing presentation, it is important for the seller to understand this point. In order to get the property sold...the house has to sell, not once but, three or four times.
