We are celebrating the birthday of a dear friend and the founder of The CyberStars(tm) Allen Hainge. Many of us affectionately call him Bubba. You have heard me talk about these Stars before.
Who Are Those Stars in Outer Space? This is a wonderful group of about 225 tech savvy agents who love to share their knowledge with others.

Celebration Roses for 15,339 Days
This Saturday was Lee's birthday but I still got roses…lots of roses…enough to make two gorgeous arrangements. I like arranging flowers in square vases – creates a nice contrast to the soft roundness of these magnificent roses. This time I think they were even prettier than the green ones. The colors were so vivid that each photo seems better than the next one.

Yes, that Terry Watson. The fantastic speaker who can make any subject come alive was a feature of yesterday's Maryland Association of Realtor's conference in Ocean City. Thanks to my friend, Anne Hruby, I had a front-row seat for his class, "At Home With Diversity" in which he talked about different cultures and how important it is to know about them for any Realtor®.
