My clients are purchasing a very large home together. These are two sisters that sold their homes and decided to live together. The home they are buying has a pool, separate master suites, landscaped private lot, a two car garage and a finished lower level. There is plenty of room for each one to have privacy and yet still share the luxury of a beautiful home much nicer than a single home for each. This week my special beach house in Chesapeake City was shown by Joe Kowalczk C21 New Millennium. My wonderful sellers changed their plans after Joe called to make an appointment. And the same evening, after his busy day with clients, Joe called to share how much he enjoyed 5131 Breezy Point Rd.... the way it was maintained and how it was a turn-key move-in right-now property. Today I received call after the mermaids in the house were counted by Erin.
She said can you guess how many mermaids we have that are easily visible to guests? She told me but I'm not telling you. The sellers are offering $2000 in closing costs for the person who counts and finds them all. Here is the first one on a kitchen cabinet.

There's about four inches of snow in Chesapeake Beach! My sellers are at home in their toasty warm beach house watching TV, having drinks and snacks in front of the wood burning stove.
So it's 10° but this weekend they will have sunny skys.

First snow of the season as seen from my home in Baltimore and from the seller's home on Breezy Point in Chesapeake Beach.
It was a beautiful blanket of white fluff in Baltimore, the streets stayed clean, the trees and bushes were coated and... you can see a bit of the beauty from the beach house.

Mother nature had another plan...called snow! Many phone calls back and forth between the me and sellers...and it was decided that they would leave the open house on but I would not be attending...not with it already snowing and a forecast of 4-8'' and a drive of 90 minutes without weather or traffic.
