Today I attended MREEA ... Maryland Real Estate Educators Association. This was the last meeting of the year.
Nick, Margaret, Bridget, Brenda
Our guest speaker Nick D'Ambrosia, chairperson Real Estate Commission, has been with the REC for 14 years.
The Commission's purpose is to protect the public.
Many topics were discussed by Nick including... NAR Realtor® stats, Advertising Regulations, Code of Ethics, Contract presentation, Disclosures, Material facts, Home inspections, Service animals and Fair Housing.
The topics were all relevant for this group of educators. It was an outstanding presentation by Nick and class participation was lively and educational.
