cyberstar: How Fortunate To Be a CyberStarsTM - 09/16/08 10:15 AM
How fortunate I am to be a CyberStarTM , an International real estate technology networking group. I learn so much about real estate technology and marketing from my fellow CyberStars(tm), Founder and president Allen F. Hainge, is a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) two-day technology course and conducts tech seminars nationwide. His approach, using technology, doesn't dwell on the "techie" aspect. It shows agents how to use technology to build a business....and get a life! cyberstar: It Doesn't Get Any Better! Networking NAR Style in DC - 05/20/08 02:53 PM
One of the best parts of any national event, like the NAR Midyear Meeting in Washington, DC, last week, is getting together with people we don't see often enough during the year. My good friend and fellow CyberStarTM in Berkeley, California, Ira Serkes made the connection. Hagerty heard Ira's presentation at the Inman Real Estate Convention back in January. When he called Ira for this article, Ira gave Hagerty my name as another source. And the result was the both of

cyberstar: Connections! - 07/16/06 08:20 PM
Connections! Here’s a story about how you never know when a casual conversation will turn into a wonderful connection. This blog started in San Antonio last January while I was at the CyberStar® Summit. For three days I immersed myself in high energy multi-tasking, surrounded by the best of the best in the real estate business. On the flight back to Baltimore I was working on my tablet PC as usual, reading through my notes, and I started chatting with the woman in the next seat. (The tablet is a great conversation-starter – better than a dog, and you don’t have to

Alphabet Soup – Those Letters After My Name…and the Two Letters You Don’t See Margaret Rome Broker/Owner HomeRome Realty Sell Your Home With Margaret Rome 410-530-2400 When you read all those letters after a Realtor®’s name, do you have any idea what they mean? I certainly didn’t before I got into the business. But they are important because they can tell you a lot about the person’s training and proven ability. That alphabet soup after my name can be confusing, and we’ll get to sorting the letters in a moment. But first, there are two letters you do not see that
