Thought I was just too busy to write a blog post tonight. Reminds me of how do you find time to blog? Don't usually have a 'to do' list but tonight, I noticed my 'To Done' list was impressive. There's not enough time to re cap the day but it kind of started with numerous calls, a verbal offer that I wrote up, lunch with a wonderful friend and a referral, a hair cut, a second showing to family members and a go ahead to sign the offer. We ended by meeting for a late dinner with these buyers to finalize the offer and then I presented (14 comments)
When speaking with other professionals, I amquestioned about finding time to blog.
Here are a few of my responses: 'That's a nice looking outfit. When did you go shopping?''Love your new hair style, when did you go to the stylist?''You went out to lunch today. Where did you find time?' 'Shiny car. When did you get it detailed?'
After a few of these questions, and a grin, my point is made. You make time for what's important! As mentioned on page 15 of my book Real Estate the Rome Way WIN is an important acronym that works to focus my concentration.It stands for What's Important Now.
