Lisa Von Domek is hosting the February Contest...Love Is In The Air. The challenge is about choosing a transaction that made me feel good. Picking just one transaction is not so easy, but here it is. It was a home that I was listing for a family who had bought and sold with me over many years. This time it was a parent's home and one that was in disrepair. With the owner well in her nineties...the entire family decided to do an " AS IS " sale. The condition was not even appropriate for interior photos. There are others that need to be working just as hard like the buyers, the sellers, the lender and the title company. This is what a smooth settlement looks like. By the way, Daddy was busy signing all those papers while we were posing! Did you (12 comments)
