The seller was referred to me by wonderful past clients and our first meeting was April 24th. They wanted a fast sale.
The listing was signed, placed in the MLS, blogged, advertised , mentioned on my radio show and my sale sign went up right away.
Within a day or two, the calls for showings started.
The contract was ratified on May 5/4/16.

Every month a dozen plus girlfriends get together for dinner. We have known each other for over thirty years.
And each month the host picks a favorite restaurant or entertains at home.
Anybody want to guess what I do?
Tonight was at Liberatore's in Timonium where we had excellent food and superb service.
Below are a few photos of our delicious meals.
Twelve of us talked, laughed, shared what's been happening for the past 30 or so days, had a wonderful meal including appetizers, wine and a celebration of Brenda and Alexis' recent birthdays.
What a joy getting together with these special women just to share... friendship!

husband and then at the chart and lab results!
Lee Rome had a BIG diagnosis but he was treated first as a gentleman, a husband, a father, a business man and a friend to many.
Thirteen years before Lee died, we were told there was no chance of survival. We were in and out of medical facilities including Baltimore's Johns Hopkins, Boston's Mass General and New York Presbyterian.

In the past couple of weeks there have been THREE different agents who have shown my listings, requested the disclosure paperwork and each one said they were writing an offer.
One has emailed and called more than a half dozen times! They want to update me.... to tell me they were preparing an offer, asking if I wanted a LOI (letter of intent) and commenting on the buyer's concerns. They have seen the property on 3 different occasions and each visit they stayed for over an hour.

Bob was talking about dead space in advertising and that made me take a look at my own weekly print advertising.
There is a lot of information in this ad...and not much dead space.
Notice the advertising above shows homes for sale, homes that are 'Too Late', new listings and an Open House.
There is also a section for buyers looking for specific properties.
The ad shows my tag line, my email, my website, my book, my latest MCNE designation and my weekly radio show.
My number is in more than a dozen times...making my phone ring and keeping my pipeline full.
