It might seem a bit slow at this time in December but there are still buyers and sellers looking at real estate. How do I know? Several calls today, letting me know they are looking for a home and also that they will be putting their property on the market after the New Year! Some need to sell prior to buying. Others need to buy prior to selling.

In watching friends who are heavier than they want, I have noticed something different about the way they count their calories.
They do not keep track of what they actually eat. Instead, they tell you what they didn't consume and by not eating the cookie etc...they saved so many calories.
After a huge meal... they tell you what was available but they did not eat it. "I didn't eat the whipped cream and ice cream that was on my slice of chocolate cake.

It was one of those magnificent Baltimore October Days, sunny, breezy, in the low 70's and a clear blue sky.
