It is very easy to make an appointment on any of my properties.  You can call, text, email or use Showing Time from our MLS.
Quick, easy and it is me that receives the request and makes the appointment.
No waiting for confirmations
 
My full service is quite simple.
I make my own appointments and I show my properties and I give my sellers feedback immediately after a showing....sometimes while still at the  property.
I have had other agents say this is a waste of my time and they only show high-end property because only the expensive listings need this level of service.

Had an agent email me at 1:00 AM wanting to show one of my listings at 10AM, this same day!
When I checked the email...it was still  too early to call the seller. Before 8:00 am the agent calls, asking for the 10:00 AM showing. 
I was able to reach the seller but could not arrange the showing until 12noon. That was not acceptable to this agent. "I have lot of  showings."

Going back to basics, our most important tool is the phone.
It doesn't matter whether it's a land line, an iPhone, a Droid or a Pre.  Pick it up! Answer it! Use it!
Talk to your sellers, talk to callers and even Answer Blocked Caller ID! 
Talk to agents wanting information on your listings. Stay in touch with the lenders, the title company, an appraiser (even if they have a question about a property that is not your listing). Most listings are lost not because the house is not sold – it is because the seller is not kept updated. Think about any stressed sellers you might have. When did you call them last? When did you update them? Do they know if you are doing anything? Save those listings! Just pick up the phone!
I took a listing a few weeks ago for a home that has been on the market for many, many months – almost a year. They were referred by one of my recent sellers. I don't need another listing, but these sellers were not at all pleased … (32 comments)

No not that that kind of "I Do"!                                                                                             But as a listing agent I do make my own appointments!                                                      
Every once in a while, when I'm talking with another real estate agent, the subject of appointments comes up.   When I say that I always - yes, always - make my own appointments, I can almost predict what will happen. The eyes widen, the brow furrows, there's a quick intake of breath, and then, "You're kidding!"
No, I'm not. "But doesn't it waste your time?" they ask.
