Recently had a wonderful transaction with a listing and buyer on the same home. Within five weeks the home was listed, sold and closed.
How exciting that this home had everything this lucky family wanted.. the perfect location, four bedrooms on the first floor, big eat in kitchen with adjacent laundry, lower level ready to finish, a big level backyard and needing enough updating to be in their price range.
