Today I went by one of my newly signed listings to see how things were going. They were just a bit beyond exhausted from cleaning, packing and basically purging years of their parent's home. While there we went through each level to see the progress and make a few more suggestions. There was a stack of photos, books, prints and memorabilia. Each person asking the other the fate of each item. This was not an easy task. What do you do with those framed professional diplomas and years of memories?
