Whenever anyone asks what to do to thank me for a smooth transaction, my answer: put it in writing. But I don't ask for reviews. Last year I got a poor review. It was not even from a buyer or seller. It was from a caller I never met. They contacted me numerous times about a specific property, asking personal questions about the seller's situation making many inquires but not willing to answer any questions about who they were or the reason for the types of questions. Wonderful home that was rehabbed by a talented owner with lots of integrity. My seller made a statement that showed his true character. He was very concerned that the house be right for the new buyer. Even after the contract was ratified, even after the home inspection was done...Bob continued to work on the house fixing things on his list. These were not things the buyer requested. Bob would only sell one of his rehabbed properties good enough for his own personal use.
Today I received the following email from my friend, who is also a past buyer and recent seller.

You can announce it as a headline. Share your road of success with others even though some may call it bragging.
