In today's real estate market a seller has many options when selling their home. They can choose to list with a real estate agent or they can sell on their own. The Internet has made it easier for the FSBO seller to list and market their home online. Many companies are now offering Flat Fee MLS listings, you simply pay a one time fee to have your home listed in the MLS, When choosing a company please be aware some companies will tell you your home will be listed in the local MLS just to find out its not.
