I found a better picture of the cover of Margaret Rome's book... It's a MUST READ...  she is the best.
She practices RE in the Baltimore, MD area and taught me how to service one client at a time, and to treat each client as if they are your only one.  It works.  The information in the book is invaluable and you will so enjoy it. This is such a convenient feature to find out who kept their appointment and any return showings. It also is a good record to show our sellers the different agencies who have accessed their home.
