Wineries in Southern Maryland - 09/30/10 11:55 PM
This is a faboulous blog. I know Susan Thompson. She was gracious enough to allow me to show a couple of her condo units for sale last Spring. She was very cordial. Unfortunately, my clients decided to purchase more north; however, she was the best. Via Susan Thompson (Century 21 New Millennium): Wineries in Southern Maryland - What better way to relax than to visit Southern Maryland's growing list of wineries. I want to thank everyone for helping me achieve 30 blogs in 30 days. It was your encouragement and comments that spurred me on. If it weren't for all your kindness I would not have been able to continue to blog. Yes, I will receive 5000 bonus points; however, I received far more than bonus points. I've received so assistance when I asked for help, I received comments on my blogs, and I even received a "featured post" this month. Iin large part thanks to all of you. A must see home at the beach - 09/28/10 11:01 AM
We have a listing that is absolutely stunning custom home in North Beach, MD 20714. In this case you certainly cannot tell the book by it's cover. The workmanship is unbelievable and the views of the water are breathtaking. It's really a must see. The price is definitely right. If you ever dreamed of owning a home at the beach in Maryland without travelling over the Bay Bridge or going to the Eastern Shore, this is your place. It's got hard wood floors throughout on the main level, it has a huge over-sized 3 car garage(which is rare at the beach), it has (2 comments)

I Like a Buyer with a Clipboard - 09/26/10 08:35 AM
My vote is yes to the Buyer with the Clipboard. I agree, the buyer is more organized and also it helps them keep track of what they like. It's a win-win. I also believe a Realtor should carry a clipboard, as well. Is there a new 3.8% "sales tax" on real estate in the Health Care Bill? - 09/21/10 09:41 AM
This is yet another reblog about the 3.8% sales tax on real estate as written in the Health Care Bill... .we should be outraged over this slip in the bill. What is wrong with these politicians.
