Let's just say that after attending Raincamp in Dallas -- I honestly believe that I learned more in that one day class than I have learned in classes and seminars in my entire real estate career (9 years!).  It was fairly inexpensive and not much of a risk for me to attend the Dallas Raincamp as the only costs were basically my ticket (yes, I was cheap and purchased the general seating) and a small bit of gas (since I live about 20 minutes from Dallas).
I have now purchased my Platinum Raincamp ticket for the Denver conference, booked my airfare and hotel … (2 comments)

Simmons Shores Homes - This is a great subdivision full of homes that range from starter to mid-level homes.  Simmons Shores is located on the very tip of the east side of the peninsula in Pottsboro, Tx.  Lots are generally 50X100 and you must have a minimum of 3 lots to build on. 
There is a community pool located toward the entrance of the area and a boat ramp and dock on the lake side.
Homes range in price (generally) from $75-$160K

I have been blogging now for only a few months (I certainly don't claim to be good at) but since then I have seen my website rank higher, I have gained knowledge from other agents on their experiences - and I've had a ton of fun blogging!  So when I heard Raincamp was coming to Dallas I booked my ticket without hesitation.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet two new clients!  We looked at everything under the sun - well actually it was everything under "the cloudy day" - no sun out.
We had talked earlier in the week about what they were looking for - but until we actually got out and looked and I had the chance to hear their comments, likes and dislikes - it's rough to know just what someone's looking for.
