This lady makes very good points.  I know sellers sometimes think they need to be around in order to point out all the great things about their homes  - this is never a good idea as the buyer's can not feel comfortable expressing their opinions about the home nor do they want to spend alot of time in the home as they feel they are putting you out.  Do yourself and the buyer a favor - let their agent show the house!

These pictures were provided by Jared Christiansen (Realtor in Fort Wayne).  This is the sort of stuff we see in the MLS everyday!  Is this how you want your home portrayed?  To me, if an agent is going to be this lazy when taking your photos, how can you expect the rest of your experience to be?  If you're looking for top notch real estate services in the Grayson County area - call me...
