Think back to each time you have purchased a home... what do you look for in a house?  I personally can walk into a home and know right away if it's "the one".  With the most recent home we purchased I can remember looking at several of the wrong ones and then finally the right one.  The first home we walked into was initially nice, but when I walked up to it, I didn't like their landscaping and my mind immediately went to what I would have to do to bring it up to standards.  I didn't care for the brick, … (2 comments)

Ok, so you didn't come out and say it - but did you really have to? When you list a home, put it in the MLS with little to know description and 4 crummy pictures of the exterior - what would you think that means?  I'll tell you what I think it means - the house was too shabby for you to even bother putting pictures on the MLS.  What if your shabby is not the next person's shabby?  You just let down your very own seller by not giving THEIR buyer the information they so desperately desired.
