I am thinking a way to do Contracts to save time and be more efficient when you need to have them ON PDF format.
What is your best way to save time and do a Real Estate Contract when you need them to have on PDF format?
This is what I do right now, but it takes some steps that I would like to save.
1) Make the Real Estate Contract on Realfast2) Print it 3) Sign it and get signatures from your client4) Scan it and convert it to PDF 5) Email it

No offense, but what do you think when other fellows real estate professionals answer questions to your home state consumers and these fellows real estate professionals are practicing real estate in other state? Laws and Regulations in Colorado are usually different than out states laws and regs, I am not insulting anyone here, but I would not give an opinion to consumers from out state if I just had a license in Colorado, now whether I am licensed in other states as well that's different.
