Moving On Up..... - 03/31/08 01:51 PM
Due to some great deal out there, some homeowners who have purchased homes within the last two plus years are trading in or basically just walking away from their current homes to purchase larger homes due to their holding more value than their current homes. Their credits are still good because they acquire their other homes first before walking away. However, within the next months to follow, this will start to affect many of their credits. Despite this fact, many do not seems to mind. Is this a good or a bad thing to do? It all depends on each individual

Central Florida Bank Owned Properties....Slowly Stripped Of Their Values.... - 03/31/08 01:39 PM
What are they thinking? As realtors, many of know that before many homes goes into foreclosure, the bank request to have a broker price option (bpo) done on the property. There are cases in which the dishwasher, stove or even the hotwater heater are

You might think that you are in New York traveling on the roads - no, NY is better at least you have an alternate route to travel. If you get stuck behind an accident there are not many options open to you. However, if you are on Pleasant Hill, you might have to turn back and head towards Poinciana Blvd and hope there is not an accident there as well. Or

Yes, its true, that more and more homes are going into foreclosure and are also affecting your property value. Some of these homes appear to be forgotten by the Realtors a well as by the bank. But remember, you are the ones who have to live next to some of these homes. What are you doing about it? Have you tried contacting the Realtor listed to get someone to come and cut the grass? Have you tried picking up the garbage around this vacant property? Have you gone over to cut the grass of this property? Remember, even if you were to
