It's time to start thinking about February's postcard and what it will say. I mailed to two towns, Franklin, Ma. and Bellingham, Ma., in the month of January. That was a total of 12,000+ postcards. I received 13 listing calls, and that was double what I expected to receive. I'm extremely happy with the results. My team members have appointments this week to sign up several of those listings.
