It seems like I spend as much time creating postcards as I do blogging online. This is a closing we had yesterday and the 750 postcards are in the mail today. I'm sure everyone is bored with seeing these cards. About an hour ago, I received a call for a Free Market Analysis. I called Lorraine immediately in California and she called the potential seller, as he was walking into our office with his POSTCARD IN HAND!!!!
