I’ve written and read many posts about setting goals and working a plan of attack in 2012. Everything I’ve read makes sense and is good planning for the New Year. However, the one element that is ALWAYS ASSUMED is that all professionals have a passion for what they do. This applies to all professions, not just real estate. If you do not have a true passion for your profession, your production will reflect it. If you do not have your head in the business at all times, your production will reflect it, and unless there is a passion for your work, … (25 comments)
