One of the things that I enjoy most about Frazier Park is that there are so many wonderful places to hike or ride horses. I would like to tell you about a couple of my favorite spots. They tend to lend to easy, yet invigorating walks, offering so much to see and enjoy.

One of my favorite spots goes through a camp site and will take you to the water falls if you stick with it. Along the way you will find a rock overhang with Indian pictographs, still visible, even though mankind has not been kind in preserving them. On one of my walks, my dog, girlfriend and I came across a California Black Bear. We all froze and the bear took off running. It was scary for a moment or two but still awesome.

Another favorite is the hike to the top of Mt. Pinos. It is a beautiful walk among the pines and once you reach the top there is a bench seat where you can sit and take in the gorgeous views. You can see for miles and although I have not been lucky enough to see it yet, on a clear day you can actually see the ocean. Once in awhile instead of hiking up to the top of Mt. Pinos, we will stop along the way up, park our car and hike the Miguel Trail which is a little gruesome, for me anyway, is that it is pretty darn steep.

There are just too many hiking trails in the Frazier Park area to mention and my friends and I take advantage of them as often as possible. Each one has something different to offer but there are some things that they all have in common, they all offer the most beautiful wild flowers...lilies, poppies, lupine, wild columbine, yarrow, wallflowers and many many more. On our walks we have seen horny toads, snakes, lizards, rabbits, birds deer, and coyote. Something that really excited me when I discovered it was that we have Ponderosa and Jeffrey Pine Trees and I don't know which is which but, if you smell the bark, one smells like vanilla and the other smells like pineapple.

I am sure that I am forgetting to tell you some of the best things about hiking experiences and the trails up here, but I don't want to forget to tell you that you must come up to Frazier Park and experience them for yourselves. Buyers Market: Frustrating

I have been a Realtor for 4 years now and I have never been in this kind of declining market. I have been actively seeking buyers through the strategies that every other realtor has been doing for years with no luck. Floor time, postcards, SEO, E-Agent, open house, newsletters, websites, advertising. I'm thinking about the Demographic Search Criteria, which gives you the mailing labels. I'm looking for some new marketing ideas I can't wait for my phone to ring any longer.
