You cannot trust passive devices like canisters for radon testing, especially in warm climates. Too easy to tamper and results always unreliable in home sale situation. Ok, I appreciate the referrals I receive from all our friends in the brokerage community. But, if you tell my clients what I charge and get it wrong, you won't see us at the inspection.
Why?
