Last month I wrote a short blog about Sooke BC - located about 45 minutes west of Victoria. It's a lovely spot right on the ocean - and it's growing....
  
If you are a boater, how would you like to walk to your boat in about 2 minutes from your luxury penthouse? 
Sounds great doesn't it? Mariners Village is also conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, etc. - all in all, hard to beat.

"What do you need?"
It's such a simple question that should be asked many times over the course of working with your client.
Too often I hear the question "please tell me, what would you like?" Well, that's not a bad start, but it's so much more powerful to ask "What do you need?" because in doing so, the fluffy things can be put on hold for the moment and the 'must haves' take center stage. And, isn't it always more efficient to get to the heart of the matter with clients?
