A fraudster from overseas tried to advertise a posted listing as a rental to gain rental income.

When posting listing information on sites other than official MLS sites, a word of caution so you don't have this experience...

Be Prepared! It's so true in life and particularly if you are the owner of a strata unit such as a condominum.
A strata condominium with low monthly fees might look attractive at first glance, but upon closer scrutiny, can the strata take care of major expenditures when the time arrives? How will the strata pay for particular CONTINGENCIES such as roof replacement, boiler repair, etc.?
