Is anyone surprise by terrorism we see coming into this country in our own home town or a city nearby?  The unthinkable has happened, the city of Boston, MA was put on a lock down today.  Even if you are spared such inhuman cruelty, you may still have to deal with harassment, neighborhood skirmishes co workers deviousness, or family quarrels.  

Never before in history has there been so much bad news about bombings, shootings, crime, violence and now the dreaded terrorism.  We listen to the news or read about bombings  in other countries but now it is here in the US and someone will try to repeat what has happened.  The Police and political leaders are powerless to stop the senseless acts plaguing us while terrorist bring about what they see as a solution to injustices by instilling fear.   

The world is full of strife and wickedness.  Have you ever wondered who really is behind these horrible attacks?  The scale of evil, its ubiquity  seem our of proportion to what man can do on his own.  The book of Revelation yes the bible, I'm going there, speaks of the Devil who is angry because he has a short period of time.   And this anger will increase during the last days our time period.

Going forward the overall outlook for man's future looks bleak.  The once-cherished sense of personal safety seem to be slipping away.  We are going through a critical era called in the bible "the last days".  

But know this:  God will not allow such things to continue indefinitely.  The Kingdom that many were taught to pray for in the Lord's Pray will bring peace to this earth.  And the words found on a wall in the United Nations building "...Nations shall not lift up sword against nation.  Neither shall they learn war no more", will really come true.
