STAGING A POWDER ROOM FOR THE HOLIDAYS - 12/29/09 09:07 AM
I know I am alittle late in posting this, however, recently had to make-over and stage a powder room for the holidays. As you can see there was wallpaper that had to be removed or painted over. The owner opted to paint over the wall paper and the results were amazing. This dark green wallpaper was covered in only two coats of white paint. The budget on this home was very slim so I had to "make-do" with what we had. Except for the wall decal which I found at on sale for $7.00 and the towel set was only $12.00 … (6 comments)

WHEN LIFE HANDS YOU LEMONS..DECORATE A TREE..OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT - 12/03/09 08:44 AM
The staging here is East Tennessee is a little slow right now, so I had to come up with another way to use my skills ( and passion for decorating ) to pay the bills. I marketed HOME STYLE AND STAGING LLC as not only a staging and re-design company but as HOLIDAY DECORATING. I did some Fall Decorating and now doing some trees. This tree I used what they had and the outcome was very nice, I re-did the wreaths that they already had, by purchasing new ribbon. So thought that I would share this with you.
