Banks are not moving fast enought to close the transactions. I can see why a bank would not want to close on a transaction instead of foreclosing on a property. I have a property that INDYMAC has taken there time-how about 5 months- the left do not know what the right is doing. I am up to 2 negotiators..just amazing.
