These buyers are the parents of friends of mine and they were amazing to work with. Every little thing I did was so appreciated by them, it made doing my job very easy. They got a really good buy on a fabulous little home that was very well maintained, well-loved, and had loads of upgrades in a location that's perfect for their busy lifestyle. It's hard to believe that houses like this can cost so little.....but I have a feeling buys like this will become harder and harder to find. THE MARKET HAS CHANGED!

After messing around for about a month trying to negotiate on a Fannie Mae foreclosure, getting bid up over list price, having a dismal home inspection, my buyer finally gave up and we went in search of a home NOT undergoing some foreclosure or short-sale procedure. What a rigmarole to put someone through (but that should be the subject of another post).
