Today is a busy day, a presettlement walk through and a home inspection.  Doing Real Estate full time is the only way to do this.  There are so many aspects to be in this business.  Many hats to wear and experience pays.   
(I strive to  make it a good experience for my clients and do for them what I would expect)
I like to stay on top of my game and keep in touch with "in the business" associates.
I think active rain is a great tool.

New Inventory and an ACTIVE Market.......in West Chester, PA - 08/28/07 08:22 PM
Since I have been selling real estate so long, I some time lose perspective of what people think about when they are deciding where to live and the kind of house they want.
This is such a great area to live in, we have so many nice neighborhoods, parks, schools......there are so many nice people in the area.
Let me know what is important to you and I can tell you what areas fit your criteria......I have been selling my entire adult life and I really like what I do.

What's new today in West Chester and West Goshen - 08/22/07 06:45 AM
Rainy and Damp but making things real green and lush and flowers vibrant with color.  Manicured neighborhoods really show off on these dismal days.
Park activities this weekend, a Band in West Goshen Park on Sunday.  Upcoming events in September like the Community Day where there are corporate sponsors, food booths, lots of fun for families.  West Chester has the Restaurant Festival and in October the Hospital sponsored Historical House Tour
School will start right after Labor Day in the District.  Lots of Pre-season sports have started for middle and highschoolers.
It is a nice time of year here.

Oh My.....I am new to blogging but not new to real estate and the area I sell.
I love Chester County, PA, a great place to live, in fact, I am so proud that Money Magazine voted West Goshen the 12th, that's twelve......out of 100 BEST PLACES TO LIVE IN THE US OF A....!!!!!
That's my turf, that's where I live, that's where I sell.
