This morning I woke up, the weather was perfect and I looked at the schedule.  For the first time in a while I didn't have anything pressing on the schedule and .........
A Road Trip, why not take a road trip for the day.
Today I drove with two friends to Galena MD and Chesapeake City.  Lunch overlooking the water on the C and D Canal.  One hour and I could be on a sailboat on the Chesapeake Bay.  That's why it is so nice to live in West Chester, PA

I have a client who has promised a "testimonial".  I thought I saw a place on this site to post TESTIMONIALS and now I can't find it.

I listened to a Public Radio Interview with Greenspan Today...... - 09/18/07 09:07 PM
What a day regarding the lowering of the interest rate!. 
I heard the public radio show tonight and Greenspan was talking about the Feds lowering the interest rate, something that wasn't done in 4 years. 
The press is trying to make sense out of the Mortgage shortfalls, bank problems, foreclosures.......the state of the housing economy.
I can't help it, I have to agree with Mr. Greenspan.  There is a time and place for creative loans, (they are saying these only are in subprime.)

Restaurant Festival in WEST CHESTER BOROUGH - 09/14/07 05:55 AM
I have been in West Chester all my adult life.  I have seen the transition of the town, hate to admit it, over the past 30 years.   And the good news, the people who were just born 30 years ago, or less,  are bringing the town's popularity to a NEW LEVEL.  I was so taken back last night when I picked my daughter up at the tanning salon and saw the flashing neon sign saying.......
"Restaurant Festival 9/16/2007, street closed from 6AM to 9PM."

Ever get that OUT OF BUSINESS feeling????!!!!!! - 09/05/07 06:49 PM
So the market is decent and you're sold out of everything...., now what?  If anyone has mastered the timing of listing and selling and can share, please do.   I am not, nor have ever been able to master consistency.  It may be a self fulfilling prophesy because I know when it does happen, and I sell 3 or 4 at once and juggle all of that, I feel like I need a break.
I would love to hear how people deal with this.

Things to do in WEST GOSHEN - 09/04/07 06:37 AM
This weekend is the big "Community Day Event" in West Goshen Park.  Lots of people participate and there are crafters and food stands.  It is on a much smaller scale than the events that take place in the borough of West Chester.  Lots of good FALL Events are happening there.
On Thursday evening, Sept 6th the last "SWINGING THURSDAY ENTERTAINMENT EVENT" is happening in downtown West Chester.  This is when they close 2 blocks in the town and have a band and restaurant seating in the streets of the designated blocks.  They do this once a month on the 1st Thursday of the … (1 comments)
