This is the Old Fashioned Christmas Weekend in the borough.  The parade where Santa makes his appearance is 6:45
Can't wait til then.  I will post photos because i will there, camera in hand, bundled up and ready to eat chestnuts from the open fire.
Carolers on the street corners and a real good time sipping the flask and people watching.  Meeting a lot of friends on the court house steps.
I can't wait.

Holidays in the Town of West Chester - 11/18/07 08:35 PM
Old Fashioned Christmas....., the Santa parade, the decorations with minitiatures in the store windows, streets decorated, chestnuts roasting on open fires on the street corners, carolers......
It is an event and it is on the weekend of December 1st so .....get ready.     It is so fun.  I think this is the 25th year I have attended because I remember having my kids as toddlers sitting, all bundled up, on my husbands shoulders as Santa made his first seasonal appearance in the town we live in.....
What a fun occasion!, what a fond memory, so fun to look forward to.  I usually call friends … (0 comments)

This is Hard, Hard Work to buy a house, sell a house, list a house....all of the above. 
I remember when I bought  my first house.  I thought, at the time, .....this is hard, you have to gather so much information and get all these things to the mortgage company, then they want more, then you think you did it all and they want more......It is HARD Work, hard to do, stick with it, work hard.....
That is what it took, that is what it takes, we just got away from all of that, we just need to get back to it  … (0 comments)

Ok, I purchased a bunch of dot com names from go daddy because I want to set up a site for people in this one neighborhood to EXCHANGE ideas, post items for sale, chat......, you know, so I become/am the "go to" person for the neighborhood real estate......
I am challenged with how to go about this and I know it is being done.
Who knows how to set up a site for a neighborhood?  Looking forward to hearing from you.

Don't Watch the NEWS!!!!!!.....Real Estate is Alive and Well in Chester County PA - 11/02/07 10:26 AM
I can't stand it when people say, "You're in real estate, are you having trouble in your business?"
Real Estate in our area is great!  Houses are still selling, people are still buying, it is "business as usual" as it  always was before the crazy 'wild market' of 2002 thru 2006.   Properties are still selling and Real Estate has not plummeted and it will not go down.....
Houses are not a liquid commodity.  They don't sell the day they are put up for sale.  It takes time, It takes MARKETING, it takes pricing it right.  It takes the work of professionals.
