Now that I have had my glass of wine I can reflect on this last week of March......its spring, the spring market in Real Estate.  Ok.  this is what happened, 3 Buyers and only 1 got the house they want.
In Chester County, this is the market......It is a nice house, it is priced right, it sells, it has more than one Buyer.
The properties that are priced right sell quickly and ironically, not for asking price but close, very close.
One out of 3 of the Buyers I worked with this week got the house they wanted.    Two of the three got … (1 comments)

The Arbours at West Goshen, it is on the market and being built by Westrum Development Company. 
There will be 220 homes and the models should be ready to be viewed by May 2008 just like they thought, Spring of '08.
These homes are carriage homes and condo units in a premiere location near QVC and the Brandywine Airport.

The Arbours at West Goshen.  The sign has been there for months, right off of 202 outside of West Chester.  The best new place for SENIORS, 55 and better.  There are going to be 220 new homes and they are being built by Westrum Development.  And what a great spot......!
Mary Ann is the Sales Manager and Erin is the Community General Manager.
This is going to be such a wonderful place to live, the first new construction in our area for seniors since the HUGE Hershey Mill that we are all already familiar with.
